Your job as the candidate: answer each question as you would in a real interview. The interviewer asks one question at a time and will probe vague answers.
When you are done (aim for 6–10 questions), click Get Interview Feedback for a scored review against that role's rubric, plus improvement tips.
Answer with STAR: Situation → Task → Action → Result. Name the specific context, what you personally owned, what you actually did, and the measurable outcome. Generic answers ("I'm a hard worker", "I'm a team player") score low on every rubric here — numbers, trade-offs and lessons learned score high.
Interview mode
Demo mode uses a local interview script and a local rubric scorer. It makes no external API calls and is ideal for workshops.
For AI mode, use a training key with a low spend limit. The key is kept only for this browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. Never use a production key.
