Are your cooking and baking courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. Courses are labelled beginner, intermediate or advanced. Beginner programmes require no professional kitchen experience, and our small classes give you room to ask questions.

How much do culinary courses cost in Singapore?

Our listed fees range from S$160 for a one-week fundamentals course to S$1,580 for an eight-week culinary programme. Each course card shows the current listed fee and duration.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Learners receive a recognised certificate on completion, useful when building a portfolio for a home food business or culinary career.

Which campus will I attend?

Bakery classes run at our Orchard Road Bakehouse. Cooking classes run at our Bukit Timah Culinary Campus. Ask our course adviser for the schedule of your preferred programme.
