The AI Chatbot is an intelligent assistant that helps employees with HR-related questions. It’s powered by Google Gemini and provides instant, accurate responses about company policies and procedures.
Accessing the Chatbot
Chat Widget
Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. Click to open the chat interface.

AI: Employees are entitled to 14 days of sick leave per year. To check your remaining balance, go to Leave > My Balance. Sick leave up to 2 days doesn’t require a medical certificate, but for 3 or more consecutive days, you’ll need to submit an MC.
