Viewing Employees

List View

Displays employees in a table format with:

  • Employee ID
  • Name
  • Department
  • Position
  • Status

Grid View

Shows employees as cards with profile photos and basic info.

Toggle between views using the icons in the top-right corner.


Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find employees by:

  • Name
  • Employee ID
  • Email

Filters

Filter Options
Department Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales
Status Active, On Leave, Terminated
Employment Type Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract

Employee Profiles

Click on an employee to view their full profile:

Personal Information

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Contact details

Employment Details

  • Employee ID
  • Department
  • Position
  • Employment type
  • Start date
  • Manager

Salary Information (HR/Admin only)

  • Basic salary
  • Allowances
  • CPF details

Managing Employees

Add New Employee (HR/Admin)

  1. Click Add Employee
  2. Fill in personal details
  3. Set employment information
  4. Configure salary (optional)
  5. Click Save

Edit Employee

  1. Navigate to employee profile
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update information
  4. Click Save Changes

Deactivate Employee

  1. Navigate to employee profile
  2. Click Actions > Deactivate
  3. Confirm the action
  4. Set end date

Deactivating an employee preserves their records for historical purposes.


Organizational Structure

Manager Assignment

Each employee can be assigned a manager for:

  • Leave approvals
  • Expense approvals
  • Performance management

Department Management

Departments group employees for:

  • Reporting
  • Budget allocation
  • Team coordination

Exporting Data

Export employee data in various formats:

  • CSV for spreadsheets
  • PDF for reports
